The idea behind this website is to assist you in making a qualified
decision on whether you shuold invest time and effort to create a website. I will try to give both sides of the argument in an impartial manner.
You can evaluate these arguments and then come to a rational decision
. As far as possible, the sole intention of this site is to prevent you from investing time, effort and money in a futile and unproductive situation. If, however, after evaluating said arguments, you decide to create a website, then the Links section will provide some links to other sites that can be useful to you, the budding
webmaster.
